Ingredients
- 1 lb Laura's Lean Ground Beef (96% lean)
- 1 cup Corn
- 1 cup Black beans (drained, rinsed)
- 1 can Diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 2 tbsps Gluten-free taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
1. Start by browning your ground beef until fully cooked. Then add corn, black beans, tomatoes and seasoning. Mix together. This can be stored in your refrigerator for 3-4 days or stored in your freezer for 3-6 months.
2. Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
