Beef & Bean Enchilada Dip

Ingredients
- 1 lb Laura's Lean Ground Beef (92% lean)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsps Garlic (minced)
- 1/2 Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 1/4 cup Enchilada sauce (approx. 10 ounces)
- 1 tbsps Taco seasoning
- 1 cup Corn
- 4 ozs Green chiles (diced)
- 16 ozs Refried beans
- 15 1/2 ozs Black beans
- 2 cups Mexican or cheddar cheese (shredded)

For 12oz beef products reduce serving size by 1/4.

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil.
3. Add minced garlic and diced onions to hot oil in pan and heat for a few minutes until the onions are translucent.
4. Add Laura's Lean Ground Beef and cook until browned under medium-high heat, making the beef into crumbles.
5. Drain meat.
6. Add the enchilada sauce and taco seasoning to pan with beef mixture.
7. Add corn and diced green chiles.
8. Next, add refried beans. Mix until the refried beans have been incorporated into the beef mixture.
9/ Gently fold in the black beans and cook through.
10. Pour beef mixture into a casserole dish.
11. Top with shredded cheese.
12. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. After removing from oven, garnish with chopped green onion.
