Cheeseburger Dip

Ingredients
- 1 lb Laura's Lean Ground Beef (85% lean)
- 5 slices Bacon
- 1 Onion (diced)
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 ozs Cream cheese
- 8 ozs Sour cream
- SAUCE:
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 2 tbsps Ketchup
- 1/4 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tbsp Relish

For 12oz beef products reduce serving size by 1/4.

Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In an oven safe skillet add the chopped-up bacon and place over medium heat. Let it slightly brown and add the ground beef. Once the beef is halfway cooked, add in the onion. Cook for an additional 5 mins (until onions are translucent). Remove half of the mixture. Turn off heat, add the salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, cheeses and sour cream. Mix well and smooth out.
2. Add 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese on top. Spread the other half of the ground beef mixture on top and place in the oven for 15 mins.
3. Remove and add the toppings: shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
4. Mix everything together well and drizzle on top of the dip. Enjoy with tortilla chips!
