Brie & Pear Burger

Ingredients
- 1 lb Laura's Lean Ground Beef
- 2 ozs Brie (sliced into four 1/2 ounce pieces)
- 4 slices Baguette (toasted)
- 1/2 oz Sliced almonds (toasted)
- 1 Pear (peeled and cored)
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Golden raisins
- 1/4 tsp Ground cardamom
- dash Red pepper flakes
- pinch Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cider vinegar
- 2 tbsps Red onion (minced)
- 2 tbsps Parsley

Preparation
1. Chop pear into small dice. Place in saucepan. Add honey, raisins, cardamom, red pepper flakes, salt, cider vinegar and red onion. Bring all to boil over medium high heat. Reduce to simmer over low heat and let thicken. Once thickened, remove from heat and stir parsley into chutney.
2. While chutney thickens, heat grill to high. Shape ground beef into 4 burgers. Grill to desired degree of doneness. When burgers are almost done, top each burger with 1/2 ounce of brie and place baguette slices on grill to toast. Let cheese melt. Remove burgers and toasted baguette slices from grill.
3. To serve, lay out grilled baguette slices. Top each slice with burger. Top each burger with 1 tablespoon pear chutney. Finish with toasted almonds, dividing evenly among 4 burgers. Serve immediately.
