Grilled Beef Lettuce Wraps with Avocado & Chili Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb Laura's 92% lean Ground Beef
- 1 tbsp Low-Sodium Soy Sauce (Alternative: Coconut Aminos)
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 bunch Butter Lettuce (Leaves Separated)
- 1 Avocado (Sliced)
- 1/2 cup Pickled Red Onions
- Lime Wedges (For Serving)
- For the Chili Peanut Sauce
- 1/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp Low-Sodium Soy Sauce (Alternative: Coconut Aminos)
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tsps Chili Garlic Sauce (Add more as needed depending on desired spice level. Alternative: Sriracha Sauce)
- 3 tbsp Warm Water (Use to thin sauce to desired consistency)

Preparation
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, chili garlic sauce and warm water until smooth. Add more warm water as needed.
2. In a large bowl, combine Laura’s Lean 92% Lean Ground Beef, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, kosher salt and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
3. Divide the beef mixture into 8 small portions and shape into small, slightly flattened patties.
4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates. Grill the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, until cooked through.
5. Add the grilled beef patties to butter lettuce leaves and top with avocado, pickled red onions and chili peanut sauce. Serve with lime wedges.
