Homemade Hamburger Helper

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Neutral Oil
- 1 Yellow Onion (Medium, Diced)
- 4 cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 lb Laura's 92% Lean Beef
- 3 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 can Diced Tomatoes (Drained)
- 3 1/2 cups Beef Bone Broth
- 1/2 lb Protein Pipe Rigate Pasta
- 5/16 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Freshly Grated, Plus more for serving.)
- 2 tbsp Chives (Thinly Sliced)
- Salt & Pepper (Too Taste.)
- Crusty Bread (For Serving.)
Preparation
Instructions:
1. Heat neutral oil in a large deep skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté 6 min until soft. Add fresh garlic, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook 1 min until fragrant.
2. Add Laura's Lean 92/8 Ground Beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned, about 8 min. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Stir in tomato paste, chili powder, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook 1 to 2 min until paste darkens. Add diced tomatoes.
4. Pour in bone broth and bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook 8 to 10 min, stirring occasionally, until al dente.
5. Remove from heat. Stir in heavy cream and cheddar until thick and creamy. Fold in half the chives.
6. Ladle into bowls. Top with parmesan and remaining chives. Serve with crusty bread.
