Ingredients
- 1 Cauliflower (large head)
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- Honey or maple syrup (drizzle)
- 2 tbsps Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsps White wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Chives
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsps Chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Steam the cauliflower head (whole) and place on the lined baking sheet.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients to a large glass measuring cup or other mixing bowl, mix well with a whisk until combined.
4. Pour sauce over the cauliflower and coat well with your hands.
5. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
6. Once the cauliflower has reached the desired color and doneness, remove from the oven, transfer to a bowl, garnish with fresh chopped parsley and a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil, sprinkle with salt and serve.
