Ingredients
- 1 lb Laura's Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Sweet onion (diced)
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1 tbsp White vinegar
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 2 tbsps Yellow mustard
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
1. Pour the olive oil into a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic with salt and pepper until soft and fragrant.
2. Add in the ground beef and cook through. Add some more salt and pepper.
3. Next, combine ketchup, vinegar, mustard, brown sugar.
4. Stir into meat.
5. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Serve hot on soft rolls or buns. Enjoy!
