Ingredients
- 1 lb Laura's Lean Ground Beef
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 Sweet onion (diced)
- 1 cup Rice
- 1/4 cup Low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsps Red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Garlic chili sauce
- 1 Broccoli crown (chopped)
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger (minced)
- 5 cloves Garlic (minced, divided)
- Sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
1. Bring two cups of water to a boil. Add rice and then lower to a simmer and cover. Let cook for 15 - 20 minutes or according to package instructions.
2. In a small bowl, add soy sauce, ground ginger, 2 garlic cloves, red wine vinegar, sesame oil, sriracha, and garlic chili sauce and mix well.
3. Pour the olive oil into a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onion and 3 garlic cloves with salt and pepper until soft and fragrant.
4. Add in the ground beef and cook through. Add some more salt and pepper. Allow time to cool.
5. Add broccoli and then soy sauce mixture and then let simmer for about 5-7 minutes until broccoli is tender.
6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over rice. Enjoy!
