- 2 cups Jasmine Rice (Cooked)
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Chili Crisp
- 1 tbsp Oil
- For Ground Beef:
- 1 lb Laura's 92% lean Ground Beef
- 2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 1/4 Onion (Diced)
- 1 tsp Fresh Ginger (Minced)
- Salt & Pepper (To Taste)
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar

Preparation
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a bowl, mix cooked rice with soy sauce, sesame oil, chili crisp, and oil. Spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and press into an even layer. Bake for 20–25 minutes until crispy.
- While the rice cooks, heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic, onions, and ginger until fragrant.
- Add Laura’s Lean Ground Beef and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar.
- Build your bowl with spinach, cucumber, avocado, crispy rice, and ground beef.
- Finish with sriracha mayo and green onions
