- 1 cup Black beans
- 1 cup Corn
- 1/2 Red onion (diced)
- 1 Avocado (diced)
- Juice of one lime
- 2 tbsps Olive oil
- 1 Bunch of cilantro (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
