Preparation
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
3. Season the ground beef with black pepper, garlic powder, sea salt, and onion powder.
4. Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Place about 2 tablespoons of the ground beef mixture in the center of the wrapper. Add a teaspoon of onion, tomato, and pickles followed by some cheese.
5. Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides. Roll up the wrapper tightly, sealing the edges with egg wash.
6. Repeat steps 5-6 with the remaining egg roll wrappers and filling.
7. Add the egg rolls in a single layer to the air fryer basket and spray with cooking spray.
8. Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. We love sour cream, but you can use what you prefer.
