Ingredients
- 1 lb Laura's Lean Ground Beef (96% lean)
- 1 pkg Taco seasoning (or homemade seasoning mix)
- 1 can Black beans (15 ounce, drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1 cup Guacamole (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded cheese (cheddar, Mexican blend, or your favorite)
- 1/4 cup Black olives (sliced, optional)
- 2 tbsps Fresh cilantro (chopped, optional)

Preparation
1. Cook the Ground Beef
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small crumbles.
Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning according to package directions (usually with a small amount of water). Let simmer until thickened. Allow to cool slightly.
2. Layer the Ingredients
Bottom Layer: Spread the seasoned ground beef evenly in a large shallow dish or serving platter.
Second Layer: Spread the black beans evenly over the ground beef.
Third Layer: Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the black beans.
Fourth Layer: Add a layer of shredded lettuce.
Fifth Layer: Spread the salsa evenly over the lettuce.
Sixth Layer: Add an even layer of sour cream.
Top Layer: Finish with a generous layer of guacamole.
3. Garnish and Serve
Garnish with sliced black olives and chopped cilantro, if desired.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
