Ground Beef Taco Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb Laura's Lean Ground Beef
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 Sweet onion (diced)
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- DRESSING:
- 3/4 cup Sour cream
- 3/4 cup Salsa
- Salt and pepper to taste
- SALAD:
- 6 cups Romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 3/4 cup Grape tomatoes (halved)
- 1/2 Red onion (sliced)
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup Canned corn (drained)
- 1/2 cup Black beans (drained, rinsed)
- 1 Avocado (pitted, chopped)
- 1 tbsp Fresh cilantro (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
1. Pour the olive oil into a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic with salt and pepper until soft and fragrant.
2. Add in the ground beef and cook through. Add spices and some more salt and pepper.
3. While the beef is cooking, start to prep your other salad ingredients, and make the dressing by mixing the sour cream and salsa together.
4. Add the salad ingredients to a large bowl.
5. Once the beef is done, let it cool for a few minutes.
6. Add the beef to the salad last.
7. Toss the salad with the dressing, season with salt & pepper as needed, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
