Ingredients
- 1 lb Laura's Lean Ground Beef
- 2 tbsps Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 Yellow onion (diced)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 28 ozs Low-sodium crushed tomatoes (one 28-ounce can)
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 tbsp Dried oregano
- 1 tbsp Dried basil
- 16 ozs Potato gnocchi
- 1/2 cup Low-fat mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil or parsley (for topping)

Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
2. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add diced yellow onions and cook for 4-5 minutes until softened.
3. Add ground beef to the skillet.
4. When the beef is nearly browned, add minced garlic.
5. Stir in crushed tomatoes and milk, then season with salt, pepper, dried oregano, and dried basil.
6. Mix in the gnocchi and let the sauce simmer for 5-10 minutes.
7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, then transfer the skillet to the oven. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Garnish with fresh parsley or basil before serving.
