Creamy Beefy Taco Dip

Ingredients
- 1 lb Laura's 92% Lean Ground Beef
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 pkg Taco Seasoning
- 10 ozs Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Chilis (Divided)
- 12 ozs Whipped Cream Cheese (Light, Non-Fat, or Regular)
- 1/4 Red Onion (Chopped)
- 7 ozs Colby Jack Chesse (Shredded)
- Scoop Fritos or Tostitos (For Dipping)

Preparation
Creamy, cheesy and loaded with seasoned beef, this Beefy Creamy Taco Dip is an easy crowd-pleaser for game day, tailgating, parties or anytime you need a shareable appetizer. Laura’s Lean Ground Beef is cooked with taco seasoning and Rotel, then layered over cream cheese and topped with red onion, tomatoes, green chiles and freshly shredded Colby Jack cheese.
After just 15 minutes in the oven, everything comes together into a warm, melty dip that’s ready for your favorite scoop-style chips.
Instructions:
1. In a pan with olive oil add Laura's Lean Ground Beef
2. Break it up using a wooden spoon or meat masher.
3. Then shake over the taco seasoning and pour in only the juice from the can of Ro-tel.
4. Sauté that on medium-high until the meat is browned .
5. In a pie plate or an 8×8 add the cream cheese to the bottom of the dish and evenly spread it out.
6. Top the cream cheese with the cooked ground beef meat and evenly spread it out.
7. On top of the meat evenly sprinkle over the chopped onions and the Rotel tomatoes and green chilis.
8. Lastly, FRESHLY shred your Colby Jack cheese and evenly spread it out, so the cheese covers the entire top of the dish.
9. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
10. Serve with scoop Fritos or Tostitos.
