- 1 lb Laura's Lean Ground Beef
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Sweet onion (diced)
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 3 cloves Garlic (diced)
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Romaine lettuce (chopped)
- Grape tomatoes (halved)
- 1 Avocado
- Salsa
- Sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
1. Pour the olive oil into a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic with salt and
pepper until soft and fragrant.
2. Add in the ground beef and cook through. Add spices and some more salt and pepper.
3. Package your lunchbox tacos with your desired toppings such as cheese, lettuce,
tomatoes, salsa, mashed avocado and sour cream. Instead of a tortilla, you can also pack
corn chips and they can make nachos instead of a taco.
