Jalapeño & Pimento Cheese Baked Smash Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 lb Laura's Lean Ground Beef (92% lean)
- 1/4 cup Pimento cheese
- Pickled jalapeños (sliced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 6 Soft flour tortillas
- SMASH SAUCE:
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 2 tsps Garlic powder
- 2 tsps Onion powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 cup Sweet relish
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

For 12oz beef products reduce serving size by 1/4.

Preparation
1. For the tacos, in a skillet over Med-High heat add in ground beef, salt, pepper, and cumin. Cook until meat is browned and cooked through.
2. On a soft tortilla layer pimento cheese, jalapeño, and ground beef. SMASH.
3. Bake at 400° for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and tortillas are slightly golden brown.
4. Top with smash sauce any preferred toppings. Enjoy!
Note: Mix sauce and let sit in the fridge until ready to use (Immediately up to 4 days)
