Ingredients
- 1 lb Laura's Lean Ground Beef
- 1 can Diced tomatoes (15-ounce can)
- 3 Carrots (peeled, diced)
- 1 Small onion (diced)
- 3 tsps Tomato paste
- 1 tsp Minced garlic
- Pasta of choice (cooked)
- Parmesan to taste (shredded or grated)
- Everything but the Bagel seasoning to taste
- Olive oil (enough for sauté)
- Salt and pepper to taste

For 12oz beef products reduce serving size by 1/4.

Preparation
1. Start by blending onion, carrots, and garlic and add to a heavy pot with splash of olive oil
2. Add in tomato paste and mix well
3. Next, add Laura’s Lean ground beef, breaking apart into smaller pieces
4. Add diced tomatoes and stir well. Let simmer for 1-2 hours on low
5. Prepare pasta to desired liking and add ragu sauce
6. Top with parmesan and Everything but the Bagel seasoning
7. Enjoy!
